🌸 Art Commission Terms and CONDITIONS
◆General Information
By commissioning me, the client automatically agrees to these terms.These terms apply to all types of commissions, including SFW, NSFW, furry, human art, YCHs, and adoptables.$PAYMENTS
Payments are accepted via PayPal (international) or bank transfer (Mexico only).
The client may choose between two payment options:
Full upfront payment, to secure their spot on the list.
Split payment: 50% upfront to start the commission, and the remaining 50% after the sketch is approved.
For adoptables or YCH auctions, full payment must be made within 24 hours of winning.
No refunds will be issued unless I am unable to complete the commission due to personal reasons or unforeseen circumstances.◉DEADLINE
Completion time depends on the current commission queue and the complexity of the artwork.
No pending commissions: around 4 days.
With other commissions or more complex pieces: 1 to 2 weeks.
The client will be updated on progress and any possible delays.✐PROCESS AND REVISIONS
A sketch will be provided for approval before moving to the rendering stage.
Up to 3 free revisions are allowed throughout the process (sketch + render).
Additional changes will require an extra fee, depending on the modification’s complexity.
Major changes after the line art or render is approved will not be accepted.✘What I Will Not Draw
I do not accept commissions involving:Illegal or explicitly violent themes.
Extreme gore, pedophilia, incest, babyfur, or zoophilia.
Certain species (personal preference: no elephants).
The artist reserves the right to decline any commission that feels uncomfortable or inappropriate.✦FINAL DELIVERY
Finished artworks are delivered via email, in high-quality PNG or JPG format.
The commission is considered complete once the final file has been sent.✪RIGHTS AND USAGE
Personal use: the client may use the artwork for icons, banners, backgrounds, or posts, as long as proper credit is given to the artist.
Commercial use: requires an additional 100% fee of the original price.
The artist retains copyright and ownership of all artworks and may display them in portfolios, examples, or posts (unless the client requests privacy).⃠CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
No refunds will be issued if the client cancels after work has begun.
If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
